Challenge
Our client faced limited visibility into business operations due to data being spread across multiple disconnected systems. Executives and managers experienced long delays when requesting reports or dashboards, slowing decision-making. In parallel, identifying government rebates owed to their customers was a time‑intensive, manual process requiring multiple employees to research and compile information.
Solution
A private, custom-trained LLM was designed specifically for our client’s logistics and warehousing environment. The solution was deployed entirely within their infrastructure, ensuring sensitive data never left their environment. The team collaborated closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand existing datasets and train the AI to deliver accurate, business-relevant answers. As part of the expansion, an AI assistant was introduced and trained on the client’s rebate and eligibility data, helping our client quickly determine what their customers are owed in government rebates instead of relying on manual effort.
